USAFA Cruise

On Sunday, March 4th, twenty-six members gathered at the Best Western Academy Hotel in Colorado Springs for a Champagne Brunch.  After everyone had their fill of fine food from the buffet, many engaged in conversation and then went out to the parking lot.  After looking over the cars, some proceeded for a short cruise through the United States Air Force Academy.  Thanks to all that came out and made this a successful Southern Colorado Mopars event.

At the Air Force Academy, we stopped at the Thunderbirds Overlook, where we checked out a T-38 Talon once used by the Air Force Thunderbirds, and an A-10 Warthog.   At the north end of the Academy, we stopped at the B-52 "Diamond Lil" display.
